• Autoimmune Disease 

• Hepatitis, HIV, other blood transmittable diseases

• Allergic to pigmentation/makeup

• Glaucoma/Diabetes

• Blood thinning medication

• Eczema, psoriasis or other skin diseases in the brow area

• Hemophiliac

• Skin medications: accutane, steroids etc. 

• Chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days prior to appt

• Epilepsy/Seizure

• Allergic to topical anesthetics
